ELECTRONIC W-2 Consent (You will be able to view and print your W-2 from your online UltiPro account)

WIS International is required by the IRS to furnish all employees with a form W-2 for each calendar year worked. The form W-2 is used to complete the annual tax return. WIS International employees may elect to receive and print their W-2 Statement online through the companies’ UltiPro system (How to Login to UltiPro). You can do this in the ‘Myself’ menu and the ‘Pay’ sub-menu (How to view and print your W-2 in UltiPro).

All “Active Employees” are eligible for this new program. To sign-up for this program, you must click on the below ‘I agree to receive W-2 electronically (Print myself)’. If you agree to receive your W-2 electronically in January, you will receive an email communication announcing the availability of the W-2’s for viewing and printing. The online W-2 will display the same information in the same format as the current paper statements including all required copies. The electronic version will be available online through the year. The W-2 can be printed and attached to a federal, state, or local income tax return. If you choose electronic delivery, you will not receive a paper copy in the mail.

Benefits of Receiving Form W-2 Electronically:

Access from anywhere at any convenient time.
Online delivery provides access to the W-2 statement earlier than the traditional mail process.
Online delivery eliminates the chance that the W-2 Statement will get lost, misdirected or delayed during delivery or after receipt.
Employees may print multiple copies.

When you elect to receive your W-2 electronically you will be able to view and print by early January. If you decide you still want to receive a mailed paper copy it will be mailed by the January 31st date required by the IRS.

Please note that once you have chosen the electronic option you will continue to receive your W-2 electronically (you can print from any computer) through UltiPro for the duration of your employment with WIS International. If you choose to change from an electronic (print yourself) only W-2 you may do so by emailing UltiProHelp@wisintl.com. If your employment does terminate before your W-2 is sent out you will still have the option of printing your W-2 if you elected electronic option within your online UltiPro account, otherwise your W-2 will be mailed by the January 31st date required by the IRS.
